Why it's worth it
Good books do more than make tax season easier. They show you which parts of the business make money, help you plan cash flow, and give a bank or lender the statements they ask for. When books are kept monthly, problems get caught while they're still small.
How we work
We work in your accounting software, usually QuickBooks, so you keep full access to your own numbers. Each month we reconcile your accounts, review anything unusual, and send you financial statements. If something looks off, we ask. If you have a question, you get a direct answer from someone who knows your file.
Because the same firm prepares your business tax return, nothing gets lost between the bookkeeper and the tax preparer.
Behind on your books?
It happens to almost every business owner at some point. Tell us how far behind you are and we'll give you a plan to get caught up. New to QuickBooks? See QuickBooks support.
